About Aaron Mike - The Full Story
Overview
Eventually, I stepped out of corporate life to create my own space, founding Gaels Group and later Hexapoint Medical Marketing, specifically designed to help healthcare practices stand apart in genuinely impactful ways. Most recently, I launched Paraspace.com, a collective of innovative strategists and creatives leveraging precision ad targeting with advanced tech like AI and machine learning.
Today, I help medical groups—especially those backed by private equity—drive measurable, scalable patient growth. With a lean, agile model (zero full-time overhead since 2020), I’ve personally architected campaigns generating over $600M in patient revenue** from a carefully managed ad spend of $50M, directly acquiring over 200,000 orthopedic and MSK patients**.
I don’t ask businesses if they’re ready to stand out. They already know the stakes. Instead, I help them move swiftly from indecision to action, from ideas to execution, and from cautious growth to bold market leadership.
If that’s where you’re headed, let’s talk directly.
Business
Aaron here. Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Gaels.com, including my main agency Hexapoint Medical Marketing.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve personally designed, managed, and scaled patient acquisition systems that have delivered serious results: over 200,000 orthopedic/MSK patients acquired, turning $50M in ad spend into more than ~$600M in patient revenue** (that’s using conservative numbers).
What makes this all work? Creativity. I’ve found that truly impactful growth comes from ideas, not just tactics. Anyone can run ads or handle SEO—but the breakthrough happens when someone sees opportunities others don’t. I’ve spent my entire career doing just that: bringing big, original ideas to life, and then diving deep into the execution to ensure they deliver lasting results.
Leadership, to me, is also deeply creative. My style is hands-on, agile, and rooted in collaboration (blame years of co-writing scripts and jokes for TV and stand-up). I know firsthand that innovation thrives in environments that balance strategic discipline with creative freedom—exactly the kind of culture I strive to build.
My model is intentionally lean—I’ve leveraged automation, AI, and specialized analytics partners to build agile, high-impact campaigns without traditional overhead. It’s about finding that sweet spot between strategic rigor and the flexibility to pivot as markets change.
Ultimately, my goal isn’t just hitting big metrics (though that’s important)—it’s creating systems and cultures that drive growth long-term, positioning businesses to lead, adapt, and thrive no matter what’s next.
CREATIVITY
For me, creativity isn’t just a thing I occasionally sprinkle into my business…it’s basically the whole recipe. Honestly, whether it’s music, painting, writing, or even stand-up comedy (yep…done that, too), it’s all tied together by one thing: storytelling.
I’ve been making music for about 20 years, mostly guitar and drums and have recorded and released three albums, working alongside some pretty talented producers and engineers. But let’s be real, when I first picked up an instrument, I was just a kid messing around in garages and basements. Somehow, those noisy sessions taught me as much about leadership and teamwork as any formal training ever could.
Painting is my version of controlled chaos. I stretch out big canvases, break out the neon acrylics, and try not to get too much paint on myself. Each stroke might look spontaneous, but there’s always a strategy behind it. It’s like a chess game except messier, brighter, and with fewer rules.
Then there’s writing. I’ve pitched and sold TV shows (yes, even to places like HBO), and dabbled in sketch comedy and stand-up. Comedy taught me the most valuable business lesson of all: if you can’t capture your audience’s attention quickly and hold it, you’ve got nothing. Storytelling in comedy is about timing, knowing your audience, and taking smart risks—and turns out, business is exactly the same.
Whether I’m planning a campaign, pitching to a client, or trying out new jokes on stage, my goal is simple: connect, entertain, and leave an impression. If that means occasionally bombing at open mic night, hey, that’s just part of the process.
